At I’m That, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- Items must also be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
Defective or Damaged Items
If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at returns@im-that.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
- We will assist you with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

- Processing and shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
